Before Booking
The first visit will be charged full price.

Recurring visits, scheduled within 30 days of your initial service, will receive a discount based on the selected cleaning frequency.

Decluttering before we arrive allows us to focus on deep cleaning rather than organizing.

​We love pets! Just let us know in advance and ensure they are secured if necessary for safety.

Skipping or rescheduling frequent cleanings may affect pricing, as more buildup can require additional time.

Monthly Visits have a 5% discount.

Bi-Weekly Vists have a 15% discount.

Weekly Visits have a 20% discount.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.

3. Do I need a deep cleaning before starting recurring service?
To give you the best results, every recurring cleaning begins with a detailed deep clean before ongoing service starts. This allows us to bring the home to a high standard before maintaining it with recurring visits.
4. How often should I schedule recurring cleaning?
Most clients choose weekly or bi-weekly services to maintain a consistently fresh home. Monthly cleaning is also a great option for homes with lighter use or for those who prefer to handle some upkeep between visits.

5. Does recurring cleanings include deep scrubbing?
No. Recurring cleanings focus on routine maintenance. Areas with heavy buildup, baseboards, or the inside of appliances typically require a deep clean. If there’s something extra you’d like us to take care of, you can always add it to your service as an add-on.

6. What's NOT included in a recurring cleaning?
To keep your service efficient and fairly priced, the following are not included in our recurring cleaning but can be added if needed:
- Heavy dish washing
- Detailed cabinet or drawer cleaning
- Inside oven
- Inside refrigerator
- Inside cabinets or drawers
- Heavy buildup (grease, soap, scum, hard water stains, etc.)
- Moving heavy furniture
- Detailed baseboards, blinds, or vents
- Wall cleaning or washing

6. Is recurring cleaning cheaper than one-time cleaning?
Yes. Recurring services are typically offered at a lower rate because regular visits help maintain the home and reduce the time needed for each cleaning.

Whenever possible, we assign the same cleaning team to your home to ensure consistency and familiarity with your preferences.
