Move-in/out cleaning is a detailed, top-to-bottom service designed to thoroughly clean your home before moving in or after moving out. This includes kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and every other space — including inside cabinets, fridge, oven, baseboards, blinds, and ceiling fans — to ensure the home is spotless and ready for move-in or turnover.

2. What areas are included in move in/move out cleaning?
Move-in/out cleaning includes detailed cleaning and disinfecting of the entire home including:

3. Does the home need to be empty?
Yes. For the most thorough clean, the home should be mostly empty. Homes with furniture or clutter may be treated as a deep clean instead.

4. Do you move furniture or haul trash?
Heavy furniture and debris removal are not included, but light items (trash cans, small chairs) may be moved as needed. Trash or large items must be removed before service.

5. How long does a move out cleaning take?
Move-in/out cleaning times depend on home size and condition, and includes a full top-to-bottom deep clean of every area. Estimated time frames:

1–2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom: 3–5 hours

2–3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms: 4–6 hours

4+ bedrooms, 3+ bathrooms: 6–9 hours
