2. What types of homes do you clean?
     We clean houses, apartments, condos, townhomes, and vacation rentals.

 

3. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
     You do not need to be home. We handle access securely and professionally, giving you the flexibility to focus on your move while we ensure the cleaning is completed thoroughly and on schedule.

4. Do you bring your own supplies?

     Yes. We bring all necessary cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise requested.

5. Do you use eco-friendly products?
     We offer green cleaning options upon request.

6. Are you insured and bonded?
     Yes. We are fully insured and bonded for your protection and peace of mind.

7. Do you move furniture?

      We do not move heavy furniture or large appliances. Light items (trash cans, small chairs, etc.) may be moved as needed.

8. What is your cancellation policy?
      We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.

9. What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
      Your satisfaction is our priority. Contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to fix any issues.

       Pricing depends on home size, condition, and service type.

     It depends on the size of your home, its condition, and the type of service booked. Most standard cleanings take 2–4 hours.
